TicketPulse Privacy Policy

TicketPulse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Dexcon Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). By using TicketPulse, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

a. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you sign in with Google or email, we receive your name, email address, and profile image (from Firebase Authentication).
  • Preferences: When you set price alerts or follow events, those preferences are stored in your account profile.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We use analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics) to collect non-identifiable data such as pages viewed, clicks, browser type, and device.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and local storage to maintain session state and remember your preferences.

c. Affiliate Tracking

When you click on ticket links (e.g., Ticketmaster, StubHub, Viagogo, SeatGeek, or Vivid Seats), we may include affiliate tracking parameters in the URL so that we can earn a commission if you complete a purchase. These links are processed securely and do not give us access to your payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and personalize your experience within TicketPulse.
  • Send notifications or alerts you’ve requested (e.g., price-drop alerts).
  • Improve app performance and user experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with:

  • Service Providers: e.g., Firebase, Supabase, and hosting partners that enable our infrastructure.
  • Analytics & Affiliate Networks: for tracking performance of referral links (Impact, Partnerize, Awin, etc.).

We use encryption, HTTPS, and Firebase Authentication to protect your data. However, no online service is 100% secure, and you use TicketPulse at your own risk.
